What is a Mindset?

The word mindset was first used in the 1930’s meaning
“habits of mind formed by previous experience.”
In simple terms, mindsets are deeply held beliefs, attitudes and assumptions
created in our brain about who we are and how the world works.

We make our decisions using information based on this old information,
long-held beliefs and misleading cognitive biases - no wonder we make so
many mistakes. But we don't have to suffer in silence -
